The General Manager Lounge (GM) is the strategic leader of a high-volume, luxury bar and restaurant, responsible for driving operational excellence, financial performance, and guest satisfaction. This role oversees all aspects of venue management from team leadership and service execution to marketing strategy and compliance, ensuring the venue delivers an exceptional guest experience aligned with the brand’s upscale identity. The GM leads department heads, supervises operations, and cultivates a high-performance culture through coaching, accountability, and innovation.
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
- Maintain full visibility across the venue to ensure ambiance, service, and cleanliness meet luxury standards.
- Address guest opportunities with professionalism and resolve issues to ensure satisfaction and loyalty.
- Drive revenue and profitability through strategic planning, cost control, and sales initiatives.
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and P&L management; ensure timely variance reporting and financial accuracy.
- Lead recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance management of all staff and management personnel.
- Approve purchase orders, manage inventory levels, and enforce strict inventory controls.
- Ensure compliance with health, safety, sanitation, and licensing regulations (SNHD, OSHA, Gaming, Fire Dept.).
- Collaborate with Public Relations and marketing teams to execute campaigns that elevate brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Maintain highest standards of food and beverage quality, presentation, and service consistency.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities and refine strategy.
- Oversee venue’s social media presence and ensure alignment with brand voice and promotional goals.
- Partner with Sales and Events teams to ensure flawless execution of private events and banquets.
- Maintain open communication with executive leadership and report major operational updates.
- Ensure accurate completion of financial reports, payroll, scheduling, and operational documentation.
- Support entertainment and technical production to create a dynamic and engaging guest atmosphere.
- Enforce responsible alcohol service protocols and manage intoxicated or disruptive guests with discretion.
- Oversee daily opening, running, and closing duties; ensure all areas are clean, stocked, and guest ready.

Summary Statement:
The Representative, Accounts Receivable, is responsible for a range of accounts receivable functions within daily operations, including collections, billing, audits, and addressing customer service and guest inquiries. This role supports the Manager, Accounts Receivable, and is an integral part of the Finance Team. All responsibilities must be performed in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and Resorts World Las Vegas policies, practices, and procedures.
Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:
- Communicate directly with guest and credit card processors in order to resolve disputes.
- Prepare and send email and/or upload general billing to guests and wholesalers.
- Pursue collections of past due accounts.
- Process travel agent commissions in preparation for payment to travel agents (TA).
- Research and respond to customer/guest inquiries.
- Help rectify any billing disputes between internal departments and guests.
- Maintain up to date information and comments on all client accounts. Ensure documentation is accurate, thorough, and focused on detail.
- Process and allocate credit card charges/refunds for guest inquires disputes and skips.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
- Ability to work varied shifts, including holidays.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Applications (example Word, Excel).
- Ability to effectively communicate in English.
- Polished appearance and demeanor.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to obtain and maintain full knowledge and understanding of company and department rules and regulations, policies, and procedures.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of Oracle database.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least 21 years of age.
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 6 months accounts receivable experience in a similar or related field.

- Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.

Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:
- Initiates contact with employees, supervisors, TPA Adjuster, and doctor's office regarding Lost time workers' compensation claims.
- Establishes and maintains case files in the risk management system, logs, and indexes, reviews documentation and records.
- Liaison between department managers and workers compensation TPA to ensure proper communication with property workers compensation program for lost time work comp cases.
- Provide Administrative Support to Risk Management department including answering phones, responding to emails, working as directed on general liability claims at the direction of the risk manager.
- Use personal device/cellular phone for job related operational tasks, job duties, review of company documents, etc.
- Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the risk manager.
- Review and maintain the certificates of insurance in the database (spreadsheet) and approve certificates of insurance.
- Management of the evidence room as directed by the risk manager.
Qualifications: Includes but is not limited to:
- Working knowledge of the principles of general liability claims.
- Basic medical terminology related to the cause and treatment of occupational injuries and diseases and Nevada work comp laws.
- Practices and procedures of claims management including investigation and evaluation as directed by the risk manager.
- Understanding of litigation processes in direct support of the risk manager.
- Communicate effectively with a variety of individuals representing diverse cultures and backgrounds and function calmly in situations which require a high degree of sensitivity, tact, and diplomacy
- Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of claim systems.
- Knowledge of general liability, business auto claims, and workers compensation processing.
- Basic understanding of certificates of insurance.
- Knowledge of and support of litigation processes and discovery.
- Prior experience with managing office with high volume in-coming (internal and external) phone calls and mail.
- Previous experience working in a large, luxury resort setting.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- At least two years of previous experience in a guest service customer facing position
- High School Diploma or equivalent
Preferred:
- Risk Management, Claims, Management, Work Comp experience.
