Primary Job Duties: – Includes but is not limited to:

  • The Facilities Maintenance Painter performs skilled technical duties involving repair, maintenance, refinishing and painting of assigned duties.
  • Drywall prep, taping & finishing (up to level 5), including application of associated primers.
  • Application of paint finishes, hand brush, rolled and machine spray applications.
  • Prep and installation of wallcoverings, vinyl and customs including patching and full drop.
  • Millwork prep, primers, stains, and topcoat finishes including touch up as assigned.
  • Knowledge of paint coatings, including sheens, additives, and quality.
  • The individual for this position under the direction and leadership of the Facilities Maintenance organization will work towards attaining maintenance goals and company objectives.
  • The role of Facilities Maintenance Painter also entails estimating, scheduling, planning, and conducting preventive and corrective paint / finish maintenance job duties under the recommendations of the Facilities organization.
  • Troubleshooting and overseeing abnormalities to aid smooth operations in a timely manner.
  • Engage in trade work in specific areas or in specialized skills involving multiple trades.
  • Multiple tasks in this sense may include repair, maintenance, alteration, installation, fabrication, construction, and creation of facility units which require utilization of skills in problem solving, teamwork, communication, giving attention to detail and abiding by safety guidelines.
  • Proven knowledge of safe operation of all tools and equipment related to painting.

This role is responsible for identifying, soliciting, qualifying, targeting, and converting new Group/Meetings & Events business opportunities, with the majority of the business being secured for future years.

The Senior Account Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and contracting large Group and Convention programs across all brands on the Resorts World campus in Las Vegas. This position will be expected to cultivate new relationships and manage existing property relationships with current and prospective customers. The Manager will foster internal relationships throughout the property to ensure and maintain open communication. This role will support the achievement of the company’s financial goals, partner with businesses that share similar values, and deliver experiences that build long-term brand loyalty.

Primary Job Duties: Includes but is not limited to:

This individual will partner with Sales Leadership to understand multi-year financial and operational objectives and to build a strategic prospecting plan. Activities will include, but are not limited to:

  • Developing and cultivating key third-party relationships with a strong propensity to place business within our identified target segments and event types
  • Initiate and schedule recurring educational sessions with key account managers
  • Curating customized FAM/Site Visit experiences for new prospects to accelerate conversion and strengthen buyer confidence
  • Participating in select, high-value out-of-market events to build new relationships and deepen existing ones
  • Maintaining engagement with the preferred customer base through structured touchpoints (social media engagement, check-ins, account reviews, and ongoing follow-up)
